Is your Windows computer suddenly experiencing the blue screen of death and you do not know why?
Well, you are not alone. A new windows security update appears to be the culprit. Here's how to fix it!
The cause is the KB500802, this is a windows security update, which was automatically installed for many recently.
There are two different ways to remove this update. The first way is to go to:
Settings >> Update and Security >> Windows update >> View update history >> uninstall updates.
Or if you are tech savvy you can run a command in the command prompt.
You will want to run the command prompt as the administrator, then run the following command: “wusa /uninstall /kb:5000802”
